Toyota's all-new 2025 Tundra offers powerful engine options, a premium cabin atmosphere and top tech safety features for winter trips.
The full-size pickup is available in SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition, TRD Pro and Capstone trim levels.
Toyota engineers included several innovations in the 2025 Tundra. New multifunction front seats offer massage, heating and ventilation features to help alleviate body fatigue during long drives.
A power liftgate with knee lift assist feature opens the tailgate hands-free with a touch under the rear bumper. This is particularly useful with hands full with ski equipment or luggage. Additionally, a debut Towing tech bundle adds a trailer brake controller, trailer hitch receiver and a Wi-Fi trailer camera for enhanced visibility.
A new TRD Rally Package exclusive to the SR5 is inspired by Toyota’s Baja desert-racing heritage. Its features include 18-inch TRD wheels, all-terrain tires, an off-road suspension, a locking rear differential and multiple terrain drive modes.
The SR5 package is available in Ice Cap, Magnetic Gray, Midnight Black Metallic and Celestial Silver colors. An all-new Mudbath color is restricted to TRD Pro grades. A Smoked Mesquite color is available only on Limited and 1794 Tundra models.
Under the Hood
The Tundra is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbo engine that delivers 389 hp and 479 Ib-ft of torque. An optional hybrid powertrain boosts output to 473 hp and 583 torque power.
Both engines are paired with a 10-speed Electronically Controlled Automatic Transmission which delivers optimal power for hill climbing and towing.
The 2025 Tundra has a towing capacity of 12,000 pounds and maximum payload is 1,940 pounds. Additional features include power folding-tow mirrors and a Wi-Fi enabled camera attached to the back of a trailer. This camera provides real-time images on a digital rearview mirror.
A Tundra TRD Pro package includes Multi-Terrain Select that offers flexible settings for optimal wheel traction in diverse terrain.
An Off-Road package also adds low-speed Crawl Control which allows the driver to focus solely on steering while the vehicle automatically manages acceleration and braking on tricky slopes. A multi-camera display provides an expansive view for the driver to identify and navigate potential obstacles.
Comfort and Convenience
The entry-level 2025 Tundra offers a composite bed, LED headlights, heated side mirrors, six-speaker system and three USB charging ports. A standard 8-inch infotainment touchscreen is compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Higher trims come with a 14-inch multimedia screen, power-adjustable front seats, five USB charging ports, a wireless charger, sound-reducing windshield and rear-seat power outlets. Additional premium features include a panoramic sunroof, 12-speaker system and surround-view monitor.
The 14-inch multimedia touchscreen features a Human Machine Interface (HMI) that enhances the driving experience through advanced sight, touch and voice connectivity.
A cloud-based navigation system delivers over-the-air updates for maps and points of interest. Drivers and passengers can also use voice commands to look for directions and explore fun destinations.
Toyota's Wi-Fi Connect provides 4G connectivity for up to 5 devices. An integrated streaming feature allows occupants to link their individual Apple Music and Amazon Music accounts directly to the vehicle.
The lower trims have a 4.1-inch instrument panel with analog readouts for navigation, audio controls, vehicle diagnostics, towing functions and off-road features. An upgraded 12.3-inch digital gauge customized display is available on Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition and Capstone trim levels.

All 2025 Tundra vehicles are equipped with Toyota Safety Sense 2.5—a gamut of safety technologies for driver awareness and safety precautions.
