Toyota’s 2026 Sienna delivers a fuel-efficient powertrain, more standard cabin features and advanced safety technology for family winter adventures.
The mini-van with flexible seating for seven or eight passengers is available in LE, XLE, XSE, Limited, Platinum and Woodland Edition trim levels.
Under the Hood
The 2026 Sienna is paired to a 2.5-liter gas engine with electric motors that deliver a combined output of 245 hp.
All FWD models use two electric motors, while AWD-equipped models add a third electric motor to independently power the rear axle.
An Electronic-On Demand All-Wheel Drive System works seamlessly with the hybrid powertrain to deliver 80% available torque to rear wheels. The efficient rear electric motor enhances traction and handling on slippery roads.
According to manufacturer estimates, the vehicle delivers 36 MPG in FWD models and 35 MPG in AWD variants.
The Sienna also offers four selectable drive modes for different driving preferences. Normal mode optimizes engine performance and fuel efficiency for everyday commuters.
Eco mode maximizes fuel efficiency by relying more on the battery, while Sport mode delivers quick acceleration for highway merging or overtaking.
An EV selection allows the minivan run on electric power for short distances. This is ideal for driving through school zones and residential neighborhoods.
2026 Sienna Woodland Edition
This trim level bridges the gap between family-friendly comfort and an adventure-ready vehicle for people eager to explore the outdoors.
The Woodland Edition comes with standard AWD, increased ground clearance, seating for seven passengers and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds to haul snowmobiles, trailers or camping gear for winter adventures.
Additional amenities include a 12.3-inch multimedia system, heated front seats, 12-speaker premium audio setup, all-weather floor and cargo mats, wireless smartphone charger, seven USB ports and a 1,500-watt power outlet in the rear cabin for powering small kitchen appliances.
A flexible seating configuration and kick-activated sliding doors make it easy to convey large items while still leaving plenty of space for passengers.
Comfort and Convenience
The base 2026 Toyota Sienna comes with an 8-inch audio multimedia screen, 7-inch digital gauge cluster, wireless smartphone charger, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat, second and third-row sunshades, three-zone climate control, seven USB ports, remote keyless entry with push button start and an eight-speaker audio system.
Toyota’s higher trims include a 12.3-inch touchscreen, 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, 10-inch color head-up display, 8-way adjustable driver’s seat with memory settings, four-zone automatic climate control, 12-speaker premium audio system with subwoofer and amplifier, a console vacuum and mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks handy.
Engineers have also fitted a dual-microphone system that enhances the clarity of voice commands by minimizing background noise and improving speech recognition accuracy.
A cloud-based navigation system provides live traffic updates and routing information for vehicles on the go. Toyota’s Destination Assist subscription service connects drivers to a live agent who can help locate destinations and send them directly to the Sienna’s navigation system.
An integrated streaming feature allows occupants to link their individual Apple Music and Amazon Music accounts for a personalized in-car entertainment experience.
