Toyota’s 2025 Corolla offers a reliable fuel-efficient powertrain, well-equipped cabin and a gamut of safety technology features.
The lineup includes a Corolla FX special edition inspired by the sporty and iconic 1987 FX16 model. It adds an enhanced rear spoiler, 18-inch black finished alloy wheels, a blacked-out roof, black badging and black mirror caps.
The Corolla hatchback comes with sporty fabric seats with orange stitching, wireless charging, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, smart key system and new 10.5-inch multimedia touchscreen with tech updates. Toyota’s FX model is available in Midnight Black Metallic and Ice Cap and Underground exterior color options.
Toyota’s 2025 Corolla has a combined fuel efficiency of 35 MPG for standard gas-powered models. Hybrid versions offer better fuel economy of 50 MPG.
Under the Hood
The powerful 2.0-liter engine generates 169 hp and 151 Ib-feet of torque. It utilizes a continuously variable automatic transmission with a traditional first gear, and ten selectable ratios control gear shifts.
Three available drive modes offer precise control in changing weather. Normal Mode balances fuel economy with engine performance and provides a comfortable experience for everyday drivers.
Eco Mode is ideal for autumn adventurers and conserves fuel on long-distance road trips while maintaining steady speeds. Sport Mode gives the 2025 Corolla responsive handling and improved maneuverability on slippery autumn roads.
All models are fitted with a strut front suspension and stabilizer bar that maintains a low center of gravity that minimizes body roll. The FX special edition is equipped with standard lowering springs which offer a lower balance point for handling sharp turns and minimizing the risk of rollovers.

An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system inside the vehicle offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Both features provide reliable step-by-step directions through navigation apps and deliver real-time traffic updates.
