Toyota’s 2025 Land Cruiser delivers legendary styling, premium interior features and the latest off-road safety aids.
The 1958 grade is fitted with retro-inspired round headlamps and a "TOYOTA" heritage front grille. LED tail lights have been integrated into the liftgate for enhanced cargo area visibility in low-visibility conditions. Engineers have also upgraded the Land Cruiser trim with rectangular headlights reminiscent of the 60 series.
A Proactive Driving Assist feature debuts in Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. This feature uses camera and radar systems to offer braking and steering support for the vehicle when required.
The 2025 Land Cruiser is offered in seven exterior color choices. This includes Ice Cap, Wind Chill Pearl, Underground Black, Meteor Shower, Trail Dust and Heritage Blue. A Grayscape roof complements the Trail Dust and Heritage Blue color options.
Under the Hood
All Land Cruisers feature a hybrid powertrain mated to a full-time four-wheel drive system. This performance hybrid powertrain produces 326 hp and 465 Ib-ft of torque.
The electric motor system is paired to a 2.4-liter gas engine and eight-speed automatic transmission. This setup delivers a fuel economy of 22 city/25 MPG highway and a combined 23 MPG rating.
A 50/50 power split ensures the Land Cruiser maintains optimal performance in off-road scenarios. An electronic locking rear differential provides maximum power for enhanced acceleration and momentum in challenging terrain. A disconnected front stabilizer bar ensures the front tires remain on the ground when driving on slippery or uneven surfaces.
Comfort and Convenience
The 1958 comes with a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, automatic climate control, five USB ports, an 8-inch audio multimedia touchscreen, six-speaker sound system and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
Toyota’s Land Cruiser offers a 12.3-inch audio multimedia touchscreen, power liftgate, 12.3-inch digital cluster and a 10-speaker sound system. Additional features include color selectable LED fog lights and a multi-terrain monitor system.
A premium package upgrades the standard seats to heated leather seats with lumbar support and driver memory features. It also adds a 14-speaker premium audio system, digital rearview mirror, Head-up display, illuminated entry, power moonroof, center console cool box and two extra USB ports in the cargo area.
Both vehicles use a standard Smart Key system. The key features include keyless entry, push button start, tailgate access, proximity detection and a panic button in case of an emergency.
A 2400-watt AC inverter offers a power source for people spending time outdoors. The outlet allows individuals plug heaters to keep warm on chilly spring mornings and charge their smartphones after taking memorable pictures.

The Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection has been enhanced with new tech capabilities that detect motorcyclists.
Lane Departure Alert has been synced with Steering Assist to recognize 3D objects like guard rails and ensure the Land Cruiser maintains its lane.
Dynamic Radar Cruise Control also includes a fourth distance setting that allows a driver to choose a preferred distance from a preceding vehicle.
The technology allows the Land Cruiser to monitor multiple vehicles, including vehicles in adjacent lanes. This new tech feature allows drivers to make seamless speed adjustments during lane changes.
An Emergency Driving Stop System has also been added to Lane Tracing Assist. This technology takes over the vehicle when a driver is unresponsive.
It brings the Land Cruiser to a safe stop, activates hazard lights to alert other road users and automatically unlocks the car doors for emergency services.
